In my 13 years in the real estate industry, I have become known for my ability in coaching agents, working with team leaders and have groomed many shining stars within the industry.

I joined the industry to get knowledge about property and gradually became my career. I spent the first 2 years to learn and practice on every aspects about real estate business with numerous deals closed from Private to HDB (Public Housing), Landed to Condo's, Residential to Commercial and Industrial, Assignments and New Projects Launched.  Be it Rent, Buy Or Sell, I have even done Room rental and also  completed an Enbloc successfully. Jacks of all but Master of Some !

As a new agent before, I know how it feels to be lost and directionless. With my own journey and a good sales, marketing and branding system in placed, it will definitely helps agents achieve optimum results. Upon obtaining his IT degree from the University of Queensland, and after chalking up a good few years in the IT development field, Stephen applied himself and his boundless energy to the faster cut-&-thrust world of real estate sales.

Moving through a couple of the larger Singaporean agencies through the years, each time with a solid record of advancing sales, name and reputation, he is now with Orange Tee, arguably the most dynamic. aggressive, IT-focussed and soon-to-be largest agency in Singapore where he has diligently earned the unenviable title of "HDB King" although, in reality, Stephen will transact anything that is "real estate" ranging from a factory to office buildings, shop units, condominium apartments and obviously HDB homes.

Quite some number of aspiring new agents have had the privilege of having been mentored by Stephen into the industry and who have gone on to be very successful agents in their own right.

Stephen is an invaluable "human" link to what may otherwise be a somewhat inhuman and cold $$$-industry and an assosiation with him in the industry can only not only be profitable but also advantageous and fulfilling.
